About me

I am a physical education professional graduated from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo, with specialization in Exercise Physiology and Personal Trainer certification from the United States. My passion for fitness and well-being has led me to specialize in areas such as personal training, swimming, functional training, and running.

I don't just stick to theoretical knowledge - I am an active practitioner of what I teach, using weightlifting as my personal hobby. By applying these strategies to myself, I can ensure the effectiveness of the methods I share with my clients.
